Christmas Season with My wife and work.

So this last Monday was the first day of our BUSY season here are work. We are pretty much slammed all day now. I love it. The days go by quick, it is fast paced, and you have to be quick on your feet. I find it to be a challenge that I enjoy very much.

I feel that this Christmas will be en enjoyable one. I have been excited for it for quite some time now. Though I really wish my wife, Fallon, and I were able to get pregnant on the first round but we didn't. I was really looking forward to that. If it is meant to be then its meant to be. Maybe we are supposed to wait a little while longer. From what Fallon tells me, it usually doesn't happen first round anyways. I know that little guy is still in there just waiting for the right time to come out. ;)

Sunday Morning

So today I was able to go to the Dr. with Fallon for the first time. It has been difficult for me to go previously because of work. Missing work equals less pay, and that we cannot afford right now. So we are hopefully only a few stops away from actually being pregnant. Yes, we will be pregnant. Not just her! Although she will be doing a lot of the work, I have to be as supportive as I can be. Her little egg is almost at the right size. And when it is at the right size. Good things can happen!

This is a really exciting time. It has been tough the last couple years and I am so happy that things seem to be falling into place now. I know it is a fact of life that things don't always play out how you think they should. I have learned that when they do not, the best thing to do is to learn from it and move on.

Things are turning around

So, knock on wood. After a long struggle with the economy being so poor things finally seem like they are turning around. I feel like I am able to see the light at the far end of the tunnel. Work seems to be going very well and I am picking up a few projects on the side. My wife and I just had our second anniversary and hopefully some kids will be coming around in the future. I will get into more detail on that on a later post. Only a select few people know about this and we are keeping this to ourselves for the time being. So keep it in the blogs please!! And no, we are not pregnant right now.
I rarely write on these blogs but I will be trying to keep this updated. They say writing is good for the soul, right?!

Work is about to get really busy with the holiday season coming up so I am getting mentally prepared for that. I have never worked retail in the past so it is a very new thing for me. It is actually pretty fun and I am enjoying it. I love learning new things and getting better at whatever I do. I am always up for a good challenge.

Well, there you go. More to come soon!!

Good Deed for the Day

Yes, the title says it all. I did my good deed for the day. A Border Collie ran up to me in my parking lot with collar and no tag! Come on people. Put a tag on your dog. After a couple of hours of sitting downtown hoping the owner would be looking for the dog, a neighbor of theirs was contacted who came by and picked up 'Bandit'. Good call, mom, who remembered a flyer being on a store about someone who helps shelter dogs. I called them and they called around and found the neighbor.

yay me!

Post, post!!

Okay.. getting back in the shwing of posting. Yeah, this is a new blog. Yeah, it's a new address, too. I had an old blog. It's not cool. This one, yeah.. this one is cool. More to come. Stick around. Heck, just click the ads. I get paid for them. That is neat. I like to get paid. Plus, I feel I deserve it. No.. I'm entitled to it. Yeah that's it. I have a real sense of entitlement when it comes to getting paid for people clicking my ads on my blog. Thanks Google. And thanks in advance, friends. ;)
